This is the more advanced version of the Tippmann Cronus which includes the front shroud, stock, and raised site rail. This paintball marker uses standard .68 cal paintballs and works with both CO2 and compressed air (You must purchase the correct bottle separately.) Common questions:

Q: Will this marker be upgadeable with etrigger, response trigger, or cyclone feed?
A: It will not accept any current etriggers, response triggers, or cyclone feeds. Oct '13

Q: Can I add different stocks other than the Cronus stock?
A: Yes, the Alpha Black compatible stocks work. The Cronus has a stock adapter the same as the Alpha Black.

Q: My question is how light will this gun be. I want to buy one with the tactical package and field it, and that will be so sweet!
A: The Alpha Black (with no stock, but including fore shroud) weighs 4 pound 2 ounces. The Cronus with no stock or shroud weights 2 pounds 12 ounces. Much lighter.

Q: Why won't the Cyclone Feed work?
A: The feed neck / elbow of the Cronus is molded as a permanent part of the body. Therefore it can't be removed to install the Cyclone Feed on the side.

Q: Will the A5 Flatline Barrel work?
A: Not at this time.  The A5 Flatline uses an adapter instead of threads to connect to the gun.  the Cronus does not have an adapter for the Flatline. (yet).  6/11/2014
