The puncture valve changed designs shortly into the TPX/TiPX product life cycle. 

The original designs had a puncture valve and then an air fitting mounted to it.

The newer design is called the 'Integrated Puncture Valve' as it combined the TA20103 puncture valve and the TA20108 Air Fitting into a single 'integrated' piece. This new piece still uses the same TA20103 part number as the original puncture valve. You know, for clarity.  :)
