Q: Will these fit the Byrna Mission 4 Less-Lethal rifles?

A: Yes.

Q: Can I use 2 or more of these with a coupler to make a quick load magazine pack?

A: Yes you can.  These orange magazines are missing the screw hole where the coupler mounts though.  The coupler is molded so that it helps to correctly align to the magazines' bodies.  You can hold the coupler to the magazine and then tap the hole in the correct spot. You'll then need to find an appropriate screw to mount the coupler components to the magazines. Alternatively you can use a screw with self tapping threads. There should be a small circle on the magazines to indicate where that tap hole will go.
