Can I put this Apex Barrel on my . . .

• Tippmann 98 Custom: Yes. - But make sure you get the 98 version NOT the A5 version.
• Alpha Black Elite: The 98 version will thread in, but is not compatible with the shroud.
• Alpha Black / Bravo One: The 98 version will thread in, but is not compatible with the shroud.
• Project Salvo / Sierra One: The 98 version will thread in, but is not compatible with the shroud.
• Stormer: The 98 version will thread in. You'll either need the 18" version of the Apex 2 so it extends beyond the shroud, or remove the shroud completely and then you can use the 14" or 18" versions.
• Carver One: Yes (98 Version)
• Cronus: NO. The A-5 version has the right threads, but the barrels are too fat to fit in the Cronus barrel adapter. A couple alternatives.
  • You could machine down the outside of the barrel near the adapter.
  • You could machine out the inside of the barrel adapter to accept the barrel.
  • Best current option is to get an Apex Tip Ready barrel threaded for A-5.  These will fit inside the Cronus barrel adapter and then you can put an Apex 2 Tip on to that barrel.  The Lapco Big Shot Barrel with Apex Ready Tip and Tippmann A5 Threads would be perfect for this.

Will not work with shrouds longer than 7 Inches. For the Alpha Black and Salvo, you need the 18 inch Apex 2 barrel, or an Apex ready barrel at least 14 inches long (14 inches is the next standard length, after the minimum required 12 1/4 inches)
