This is the paintball co2 fill station most commonly used by paintball fields and stores. This is the only fill station that is made to be repaired when seals go bad. The M10 fill station uses a single lever to both fill and dump co2 from paintball bottles. This allows for fast filling. The version with the muffler is designed use when you want the fill station to be quiet. (Venting CO2 can be very noisy.)
The M-10 is American made. It includes a rebuild kit and instructions. It does not include scales. You will need to get a good digital scale for accurate filling.
